STYLES OF SERVICE

OPTION 1: HOTDOG CART 10X10X10

- For outside events
- Great for large quantities of food
- We use propane gas

Requirements

- A place to park the cart, preferably with the company van attached.

- A place to park previously mentioned van if it can't remain attached to the cart.

- Access to a power outlet, mostly if the event if after sunset.

OPTION 2: BANQUET STYLE

- Can work For both outside events and inside.
- We set up using two 8' tables to prep and service the food.
- We use can heaters, propane gas to warm the food. We do have the option of using electric if needed.

Requirements

- The serving place can't be more of a five minute walk away from the unloading location.

- A place where we can serve the food (mostly if it's taking place at another place of business).

- Access to electrical outlets.

Catering Guidelines

- Final payment is due day before or day of event, please plan accordingly. %50 deposits are still required for date securement.

- We do not control how much product is given out, please let us and the employees know at the event if you have any rules on distributing the food.

- Final changes to add a significant amount of food is ONE week before the event date. Small food changes can still be made. (For example, adding 15-20 more hot dogs).

- Please refer to our photos of Catering to get an idea of what it looks like at the bottom of the menu on our website, let us know if you have any questions.

**ADDITIONAL FEES**

*Travel fee will be charged after 25 miles at $5.29/mile

*Additional hours of service available $86.99/hour

*Max one “After Hour” at $97.99 the hour (This depends on the location. 22nd after hour is 11pm-12am. 12th and Oracle after is 12am-1am. ONLY FRIDAY AND SATURDAY).

*A 10% fee will be applied to any late payments. The fee will be reapplied every week that the balance remains unpaid*
